Meet Patti

Executive Administrative Assistant

Patti Hawxby, is an Executive Assistant to Kevin Castle and Bob Castle at Castle Financial Services Inc. in Iowa City, IA.

Patti is a caring, dedicated individual, supporting her officers and providing top-notch service to their clients.

Patti retired after 40+ years of service in the Principal Financial Group Home Office. Her passion was leading a dedicated team of Administrative Assistants and supporting her CIO. Patti’s passion and desire to serve others support her decision to continue to work part-time. 

She is a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), member of the American Legion Auxiliary, and Zion Lutheran Church, LCMS, where she serves in various officer positions.

Outside of work, Patti enjoys spending time with her family and three grandchildren.  She enjoys camping, traveling, and crafting with her husband, Don.
